This means you never pay for work that hasn’t been completed and approved. For larger premium projects, we’re also happy to discuss extended payment arrangements—just ask during your discovery call.
Our post-launch support covers quality assurance fixes, browser and device compatibility issues, minor content updates, and any bugs discovered after launch. The Essential package includes a 2-week support window, Professional includes 1 month, and Premium includes 3 months. For longer-term ongoing support, we offer monthly maintenance plans from £99/month.
